The P&D founders decided years ago to implement both of their backgrounds into the foundation of their business. Combining these forces allowed them to create something fresh and new for the HVAC service industry in NWA.
As P&D came about in 2018 David already had established himself within the area & brought forth a long line of previous clients, some dating back as far back as 1994.
P&D’s combination of skills and genuine approach to serving people, made for a quick awareness amongst the locals not to mention the influx of new folks to our community who heard about us here in Northwest Arkansas.
A smaller start up company with the approach of doing things different and better is what gave P&D their startup here in N.W.A.
A combined approach and effort that blossomed quickly.
As a new name in the community, our smaller HVAC company was serving 2 counties & and some outlying areas here in N.W.A. This very quick awareness of their existence really helped to triple P&D’s existing client base in less than a years time.
Pam & David have always really appreciated this immediate attention and still to this day make it a point to express their appreciation & always acknowledge how they feel blessed.
In Spring of 2019 They had already been informed of their first ever placement within Arkansas Democrat Gazette, yearly running of BEST OF THE BEST. They had not only been nominated without even knowing, but also won one of three placements of the main awards!
P&D went on to repeat this the next year of 2020!

This Dealer status allows P&D to pass along increased warranty levels to our clients.
Because we come from a point of education, we require continuing education for all of our associates.

As a small business we are able to keep our overhead low enough to pass fair prices onto our clients.
