FAQ

When you call for a service need, depending on your need, we will go over every detail until you are comfortable with what to expect.  Service calls for residential homes are $99.  This covers a complete hour of diagnosis and repair, when needed.  If the service or repair must go over this initial first hour, the labor rates drop to either continuation of call labor or a flat rate for the repair.

YES! P&D is proud to offer the following discounts:

  • Seniors: For those 65 years or over, eligible for 10% off service call or repairs.
  • Military: For Active Duty Military, we offer 10% off service calls or repairs.

We are authorized to service just about any brand out there.  We are well versed with many brands and can offer, repairs and warranty needs.

While we accept credit and debit cards, we encourage payment via checks or cash to avoid the 3% processing fee, offering savings for those who opt for these payment methods.

YES, we offer easy financing options with levels to fit anyones needs or budgets.  Feel free to speak to our financial specialist.

We offer warranties above the normal!  Because we are an Elite Dealer of HEIL EQUIPMENT, we are able to add 2-years to the normal warranties which can be up to 12-years of NO HASSLE REPLACEMENT!

We also have the standard 10-year parts warranties and we offer extended Labor Warranties as well.

We always love hearing questions surrounding “brand.”  HEIL is an ICP, Carrier product.  It stands alone because of three key reasons:  Reliability, No Hassle Replacement Warranties & Customer Service.  We learned long ago that there’s more to having a good solid reliable system then just a “name brand” label.  Another thing to consider is who’s installing the equipment and what professional measures are being taken to install it.

Yes.  The owners of P&D both have a long background in Service & Club Memberships (SCM) and we know how to give the customer the biggest bang for their buck!  Because of our individual backgrounds in SCMs, we decided to name our annual service agreement, ‘Service Club’.
