When you call for a service need, depending on your need, we will go over every detail until you are comfortable with what to expect. Service calls for residential homes are $99. This covers a complete hour of diagnosis and repair, when needed. If the service or repair must go over this initial first hour, the labor rates drop to either continuation of call labor or a flat rate for the repair.
